                                    *Arrival of Distant members / Branches

                                    * Get together at OAU Staff Club – 6. pm

            (ii)        Saturday 24th March 2007: Business Day

                                    * Arrival of other members (11 am)

                        * 11am – 1.00 pm Business meeting

                                    (Faculty of Arts Committee Room)       

* 3-5.00 pm: Local excursion (Arts Exhibition at Institute of Cultural   Studies, visit to Ita Yemo, Mokuro Dam, NTA Ile-Ife)

* 7-9pm: Entertainment (House 3 Rd 19 OAU Staff Quarters)

            (iii)       Sunday 25th March 2007: Departure Day
